Return Policy

Any returns, exchanges, or reports of missing/damaged items must be reported within 10 days of delivery to be considered for a refund.

 

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (not worn)
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 10 days of delivery
  • Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not eligible.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Items with obvious signs of use, damage or missing parts may only receive a partial refund, or maybe denied refund entirely.


Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery will be not be considered for a refund.

 

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your refund was approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at melstyle9@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

We recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method for your return and are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you received an approval notice for your refund and have not yet received payment, please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to process. Please first contact your bank regarding a late refund. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at melstyle9@gmail.com. We would be happy to look into this for you!
